Why OLTRE microcement
OLTRE is Viero's premium microcement system — a seamless, joint-free surface built up in fine hand-applied layers over a reinforcing mesh. Just 2–3mm thick, it bonds directly onto existing tiles, walls, floors and worktops, so there's no rip-out, no mess and no downtime.
Unlike tiles, there are no grout lines to stain or crack; unlike ordinary paint, it's a hard, waterproof, hard-wearing stone-like finish that stands up to bathrooms, wet rooms and high-traffic floors. The result is a continuous, tactile surface in any colour or texture — the calm, modern look of poured concrete and polished plaster, applied by hand to last.

02 — Signature Finishes
Finishes, organised by the look
Venetian plaster is a lime-based wall finish with roots going back thousands of years — limestone fired and slaked into a soft lime putty. Because it is lime-based it is naturally breathable, mould-resistant and low in environmental impact, and different aggregates such as marble dust are added to shift the look from a high marble polish to raw stone and concrete effects.

Every finish is a layered build, applied by hand. These are the material systems we work with across interiors and bathrooms.
Microcement Oltre system
Our seamless, modern concrete-look system, built in layers: a bonding primer to grip the substrate, a structural basecoat, the Oltre Style microcement top coat for the smooth concrete finish, and a tough polyurethane sealer. Mesh reinforcement is worked into joints and high-movement areas.
Polished plasters Marmorino & natural stone
Traditional lime-based Italian plasters. Marmorino polishes to a smooth, marble-like sheen, with softer satin and finer sandy textures, a coarser grade for concrete and stone effects, and a water-resistant version for bathrooms and damp areas. Travertine recreates natural stone's pitted, layered character.
High-gloss Venetian Lithos & Mithos Lux
Premium marmorino veneziano — the classic polished Venetian finish, worked to a deep, glassy, marble-like shine.
Metallics
Decorative metallic wall finishes: a refined shimmer in gold and silver bases, a softer satin metallic with a fabric-like sheen, and strong pure metallic colour in gold, silver, copper and pearl. Plus textured gold, aged rusted-iron, luminous gold and antiqued precious-metal effects.
Decorative paints Ghibli
A decorative effect paint used to create soft, mottled, suede-like wall surfaces with gentle depth and movement.
Waterproof bathroom system
A complete waterproofing build for wet areas, combining a lime primer and base-coat plaster, a water-resistant marble finish, and a waterproof base layer with a protective sealing topcoat.
Sealers & waxes
Penetrating consolidating sealers and protective sealers, plus natural finishing waxes that bring out sheen, add water resistance and enhance metallic surfaces.
Liquid metal
A fine metal binder mixed with real metal powders to create genuine cast-metal-effect surfaces with true metallic depth.
Decorative aggregates
Decorative flakes in champagne, green, pink, black and yellow, and fine decorative grains, scattered into plaster for a terrazzo-like glint and added texture.

Our finishes are grouped here by look; Marmorino, Vieroplast, Lithos and similar names are referenced descriptively to help you find the surface you have in mind.
